• We will NOT share your Data with any third party organisations unless you explicitly ask us to, or agree that we may.
• We will NOT bombard you with messages - we aim to send just one email update per month, and additional emails only as required to notify or remind you of key news or events at short notice.
• You can unsubscribe at any time, either by clicking on the link at the bottom of any of the steppingley.org email updates, or via the unsubscribe form within the subscribe page of our website.

If you provide us with an email address that will result in any messages we may send you being sent to you via a network or device operated or owned by a third party (e.g. your employer or college) then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that Steppingley Parish Council may refrain from sending messages to you without notifying you, even if you have subscribed to receive them, if we receive a request from a third party to stop sending messages to you.

This charter applies soley to the steppingley.org email distribution list. Our site contains links to third party sites which may have their own subscribe functions and/or email lists which are not subject to this email charter. We recommend that you read the email charter, terms and conditions and/or privacy policy, where applicable, of any such sites that you visit.

If you do not agree with any part of this email charter you should not subscribe to the email distribution list. If you have any queries or concerns please contact feedback@steppingley.org or send us a message via our contact form. We recommend that you print a copy of this charter for your records.
