Steppingley Village Hall
Built in 1851 and situated in the heart of the village, Steppingley Village Hall is an ideal venue for private parties, functions and meetings. It is situated next to the French Horn, and backs on to the Recreation Ground with it's cricket pitch and childrens playground.
This well maintained hall (which has recently been completely refurbished) with a high ceiling and a timber floor provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and can accommodate upto 40 persons seated or 100 persons standing. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob and a fridge for the service of food and drinks. There is also an outside gravel area with patio furniture and dedicated barbeque area available to the hirer, and a separate boules/petanque pitch.
The hall is available for private hire at a cost of £50 per full day or evening, or £35 for a half day. Special rates can be negotiated if the hall is hired for short sessions or over an extended period of time.
