Built in 1851 on the corner of Rectory Rd, in the heart of the community, this idyllic village hall is ideal for private parties, functions and meetings.
It is easy to find being situated next to the French Horn, and backs on to the Recreation Ground which has a cricket pitch and children’s playground.
This well maintained hall (which has recently been completely refurbished) can accommodate up to 40 people seated or 100 standing.
With its high ceilings and timber floors, the hall has many charming features including a working open fire and wooden diamond light windows, so typical with the buildings of this time in the area

| There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge and a good supply of crockery.

| The kitchen is designed to provide an excellent area for preparation and service of food and drink.

| There are good quality tables and chairs – which you can configure any way you require.
Amenities also incorporate good toilet facilities including those for the disabled.
Outside there is a private graveled courtyard with patio furniture and a large brick built barbeque with a separate boules/ petanque pitch on the other side of the hall. |

Rates
The hall is available for private hire at a cost of £50 per evening or full day; and £35 for a half day. Special rates can be negotiated if the hall is hired for short sessions or over an extended period of time. |
