Request a booking of Steppingley Village Hall

1. Check the availability calendar to ensure that the hall is available for your preferred date.
   
   
2. Complete the online booking request form (below) to reserve your booking (if you do not wish to use our online booking request form, we also have a paper based Hire Agreement which you can complete and return instead).
   
   
3. We willl confirm your booking request and send you an invoice by email.
   
   
4. Invoices can be paid online by PayPal, credit or debit card.
   
   
5. If you would like to pay by cheque, please print out the invoice and return it with a cheque for the agreed amount (made payable to Steppingley Village Association), to:

Cost Half day (morning or afternoon, up to 6 hours, before 7pm) - £35 Full day and/or evening - £50 Please make cheques payable to Steppingley Village Association. Online payments also accepted (you will be sent an e-invoice).

The hire of Steppingley Village Hall is arranged by the Steppingley Village Association ("SVA") as Agents for the Trustees of the STEPPINGLEY VILLAGE HALL charity (registered charity 300070). The contract for hire of Steppingley Village Hall is between the hirer and the STEPPINGLEY VILLAGE HALL charity. All hires are subject to the Steppingley Village Hall Standard Conditions of Hire.

Following confirmation of the booking request and receipt of the hire fee (and any special deposit required), the SVA agrees to permit the Hirer to use Steppingley Village Hall for the purpose and period(s) described in the booking request form, or as subsequently varied by written agreement, subject to the Standard Conditions of Hire and any Special Conditions of Hire that may be imposed by the SVA.
