Request a booking of Steppingley Village Hall

1. Check the availability calendar to ensure that the hall is available for your preferred date
2. Complete the online booking request form (below) to reserve your booking
3. Print out the hire agreement, complete and sign it, and return it with a cheque for the relevant amount (made payable to Steppingley Village Association), to:

You will be contacted by a member of the Steppingley Village Association to confirm your booking once the payment and hire agreement have been received. Providing an email address on the online booking request form (below) allows us to do this more quickly. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a signed hire agreement and fee.

The hire of Steppingley Village Hall is arranged by the Steppingley Village Association as Agents for the Trustees of the STEPPINGLEY VILLAGE HALL charity (registered charity 300070). The contract for hire of Steppingley Village Hall is between the hirer and the STEPPINGLEY VILLAGE HALL charity. All hires are subject to the Steppingley Village Hall Hire Agreement, and the terms and conditions therein.
