Steppingley is a picturesque Bedfordshire village on the Greensand ridge, close to Ampthill, Flitwick and Woburn.

We’re very proud of our beautiful village, complete with its hall, church, cricket green, playground and rolling countryside.

It’s also home to the French Horn pub & restaurant and the Drovers Arms Indian restaurant.

We look forward to seeing you in the village one day soon.

We will let you know when the hall reopens. Hopefully you will all keep well and this crisis will pass in the coming months

STEPPINGLEY PLAY AREA AND RECREATION GROUND

COVID- 19

Steppingley Recreation Play area is now open in line with Central Government's COVID-19 guidelines.

We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and cleaned the play equipment but it is not sanitised or disinfected so we would ask all users to adhere to Central Government's  recommendations to help keep all our users and residents safe:

  • Take all reasonable steps to maintain social distancing

  • Do not enter the play area if any member of your household has coronavirus symptoms or is self isolating.

  • Sanitise your hands regularly, before entering the play area and wash your hands when arriving home.

  • Only one child or one family to use one piece of play equipment at the same time while social distancing. If the equipment is being used please be patient and await your turn or come back at a later time.

  • No food or drink to be consumed in the playground area.

  • When using a tissue to wipe your nose or mouth, please take it home with you to dispose of.

  • If using disposable PPE equipment please take it home with you to dispose of it. Do not leave litter in the recreation ground.

  • Please use the shared play equipment responsibly at your own risk.

Thank you for your co-operation and helping to keep us all safe.
